Maximum ice thickness allows for massive basecamp setups and deep-water access anywhere on the lake. Temperatures are lowest, but large catches are consistent.
April
Warmer days begin to shift feeding patterns. The core ice remains safe but softens on the top surface. An excellent time for highly comfortable daytime fishing sessions.
