Terms and Conditions

Operational guidelines and booking terms for our premium ice fishing expeditions.

Section 01

General Provisions

These terms outline the agreement between you and Arctic Drift Expeditions for all guided packages, routes, and expeditions on frozen water bodies. By securing a booking, you agree to these operational guidelines designed for safety, comfort, and a premium experience.

Our operations focus exclusively on providing specialized ice fishing tours. All participants are expected to adhere to the rules set out in these terms to ensure a safe environment while exploring frozen lakes and waterways.

Section 02

Bookings and Tour Guidelines

All ice fishing tours require advance booking. Your reservation is confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received. Our guides prepare extensive equipment and finalize routes on the frozen water bodies based on the final guest count.

Participants must follow the instructions of our professional guides at all times. The ice fishing environment requires strict adherence to safety protocols before, during, and after all activities. Failure to comply with guide instructions may result in immediate termination of the tour without a refund.

Section 03

Cancellations and Route Changes

Safety is our highest priority. Our expedition leaders continuously monitor ice thickness, weather forecasts, and environmental changes. We reserve the absolute right to alter routes, adjust destinations, or cancel expeditions if the frozen water bodies are deemed unsafe for travel or ice fishing.

In the event of a cancellation initiated by Arctic Drift Expeditions due to unsafe ice conditions, alternative dates or full refunds will be provided. Guest-initiated cancellations must be made at least fourteen days prior to the scheduled departure to qualify for a refund, subject to a processing fee.
